Complaints
Any complaints regarding the service or products offered by BMS Micro shall be submitted directly to complaints@bmsmicro.co.uk using a completed BMS Micro Participant Complaint Form. We aim to acknowledge receipt of all complaints within 1 working day.
Appeals
Any appeals or reassessment requests for a BMS Micro EQA Scheme assessment shall be submitted directly to the Scheme Co-ordinator. We aim to acknowledge receipt of all appeals and reassessment requests within 1 working day.
