Our questions and answers

From enrolment to interim reports, this section covers the most frequently asked questions about BMS Micro’s EQA schemes. If you need further help, our team is only an email or call away.

Contact info@bmsmicro.co.uk and request EQA Enrolment.

From September, Renewal Quotations will be shared with currently enrolled participants and potential participants who expressed an interest. Participants will be given time to add and remove EQA Schemes from their quotation before a Purchase Order should be shared with the Head of Customer Accounts.

EQA Schemes samples should be received within 24 hours of the dispatch date as allocated on the Participant Schedule and Key Dates Document. A confirmation email will be shared once the samples have been scanned as delivered.

If you are unable to submit your participant results before the deadline, please contact the Scheme Coordinator as soon as possible to let them know. Participants who fail to submit results will be recorded as ‘Results Not Submitted’ and may be noted for poor performance due to non-submission of results.

If you need to unenroll from an EQA Scheme or a Scheme no longer meets your required scope, please contact the Head of Customer Accounts to schedule a review request.

An interim report is a summary of the intended results and consensus results for each sample in a distribution, this will be released to all participants enrolled on the distribution round, within 5 working days of the deadline for submission of results.
